Returns

30-Day Free Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. "Free" means we charge no restocking or processing fees. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date;
  • In its original condition: unused, undamaged, and free of signs of wear;
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories, inserts, and components.

Items that are damaged by the customer, missing components, or show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@noxrev.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with return authorization and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. The customer pays return shipping.
  4. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund is issued.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as the wrong item shipped or a defective item.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at support@noxrev.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your credit card company; posting times vary.
  2. If the refund still does not appear, contact us at support@noxrev.com.
