These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of noxrev.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from HK Chaolongrui Trading LTD ("Noxrev," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make a purchase on this Site.

2. Products and Descriptions

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. We do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
  • Products are compatible only with the device models expressly listed on the product page. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your device before ordering.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed. If a product's correct price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel the order and notify you, or contact you for instructions.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed by third-party payment processors.

4. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the product.
  • We may cancel orders and issue a full refund at any time before shipment.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty disclaimer does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you have under your state's law.
  • Noxrev products are not manufactured, endorsed by, or affiliated with Apple Inc. iPad is a trademark of Apple Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOXREV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
  • Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Noxrev or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or scraping;
  • Submit false or fraudulent orders or chargebacks.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for violation of these Terms.

11. User Communications and Reviews

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business. You represent that your submissions are accurate and do not violate any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noxrev, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Informal resolution first: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@noxrev.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
  • Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
  • Class action waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noxrev regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
