Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Time (United States)

  • Standard domestic shipping: 3 to 5 business days after processing.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4 to 6 business days from order placement.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak-season volume may extend delivery times.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

  • Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier first, then contact us at support@noxrev.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@noxrev.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
